How do I print in black and white?

That option would be something your Printer driver/software would have to install to be able to print that option. FF doesn't load or install Print drivers.

{ Ctrl + P } and hit the Properties button to the right of the selected Printer Name display. Then view the Properties for that printer.

My Brother printer software has Greyscale on the Advanced tab in properties. Will vary with other printers.
