Lost latest bookmarks via win10 CU, did SysRestore in vain, could only get a FF version (and bookmarks) from March2017. What can I do? Thanks

This is my first ever post here, as I am only 16 years old. Very satisfied with Firefox for the last 5 years... But, After win10 update to CU, my firefox.exe worked no more. Tried to find it in vain. Did couple of sys-restore and ended with a FF version from March...All my recent bookmarks were lost. As downloads too. Is there a way to find& recover them? Thanks -

Please check this: Restore bookmarks from backup or move them to another computer.
