How do I type e acute
How do I type e acute on a UK keyboard in Firefox? At the moment I type deja, correct it automatically to déjà, define the e acute then paste - ballsaching! There must be an easier way.
Chosen solution
ééé ! That is CTRL ALT GR e . There are other characters around using CTRL ALT GR too.
However I discovered these by downloading the Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator and starting to create my own keyboard. And I shall carry on creating my keyboard because I prefer CTRL e. It depends on the keyboard you use. If you are using the stock keyboard that your manufacturer provided, please check their support documentation.

Note that Windows also has keyboard layouts (e.g. US-International) that support dead keys, so you can type the accent and then type the other letter to combine the two: 'e -> é You would have to press such a dead key twice to get it as a single character.
