I try to download firefox to Windows 10. I get the message "Windows cannot access the specific devise, path or file., You may not have the appropriate permissions to access this item." I am the only user of the PC, so I don't understand what is going on. I never had this problem in Windows 7. Please help.

Did you get the installer from Mozilla.org ?

I downloaded Firefox from the Mozilla website. The .exe file is sitting in my users\user\download file and I can't access it or run it. Get the same error message.
