Only on Firefox do I have this problem: Using the AOL Standard version I read an email, mark it "keep as new" and leave it in the New Mail section or move it to a specific folder. Then when I return to that email to read it again, it will open, show me the sender, date, subject, and other stuff at the very top, but it WILL NOT open the actual message in the body of the email. this has been happening for the past month. There are many emails I want to keep and reread for various reasons.

If I use the AOL Accessible version, this does not happen. But I do not like the Accessible version.

If I use Chrome or Safari this does not happen. It only happens with Firefox.
