firefox has updated and web files will not load

Running Windows 10. Firefox auto Updated yesterday (5/31/16)Open H264 & Primetime Content Decrypt. I Have updated Java TM Platform, Silverlight. Have two versions Adobe Acrobat 15.16.2 and 19.1.16. Now cannot load facebook. Other web sites load slow. Some web videos low resolution. All in all frustrated. Posted fixes are confusing. Too many fix options. I am "Techno- Amish". Need step by step instructions on what to activate, ask to activate, and never activate in add-on Manager.

Having more than one version of a program may cause issues. You must remove the older programs. Then get the current full installer.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox. A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).
