I Can't Reply to Messages in Hotmail.com

For the past couple of weeks or so I have NOT been able to reply to messages in my Hotmail/Outlook account. I have two computers, i.e., one PC (Windows 7) and an iMac. The problem exists on my PC, but NOT on the iMac. I am using the latest version of Firefox, 44.0.

When I'm in my Hotmail account I press the "Reply" and/or the "New" button and nothing happens. This happened once a few years back (I'm a long-time Firefox user) and it was resolved, but I don't recall how.

This is very frustrating! I use the two computers for two distinctly different purposes and I'm experiencing other problems with Firefox on the PC which are not present on the iMac (which I reported in a different category, as it's related to losing open tabs).

You are using a beta version of Firefox.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options)
key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?

Thanks, but the problem isn't on the Mac, it's on the PC.
