Hello Firefox Support Team,

I am facing an issue with Firefox Sync. I have logged in using the same Firefox account on my new device (or after reinstalling), but my bookmarks, saved passwords, and other synced data are not appearing.

I have tried signing in again, checked my internet connection, and confirmed that I am using the correct Firefox account. Despite this, nothing is syncing.

Please help me restore my synced data. I would really appreciate your support.

Over the past 2-3 months, Outlook, when opened on Firefox, continuously signs me out and forces me to sign in whenever I leave it open for more than a few minutes. Some days this occurs 5 or 6 times and has become very annoying. Even when I choose 'trust this device', or 'keep me signed in', or 'don't ask again for 30 days', it just automatically signs me out. I use 1 desktop and 1 laptop and this problem exists on both.

Also: I have a default font chosen for email composition that the system all of a sudden seemed to not recognize. I can select all content in an email and change it to my default font but it doesn't use it automatically. It either uses Segoe or Calibri depending on which computer I'm using. I have one laptop & 1 desktop. Oddly, if I place my curser down at my signature, which is formatted with my preferred font, the system will then use the correct font. As I'm typing, if I need to correct something, after doing so and trying to type the next word, it refuses to put a space between the where the curser is and the first letter of the next word. I literally have to start a new line by using the enter/return key, type the next word, then use backspace to take it back up to the previous line where it belongs. These are both small details but drive me batty!

I checked with my IT dept and they had me do a test drive on Chrome, which I NEVER use. Sadly, none of these issues exist in that browser, so for the time being I'm forced to use Chrome if I want to avoid the constant need to sign in and the other irritating malfunctions.

Anything you can point to or settings I can change to fix these issues?? Appreciate your assistance! Kayla Bates

Something happens to the images when I upload them to any service in the Mozilla browser. Instead of the image I see a strip. There are no such problems with any other browser. Attached is an illustration.

I'm having major problems with Firefox and was able to use it for a long time and I love the software to death. But it has given this problem that I have run into before which the only way I was able to fix it was a full wipe of my computer to factory settings. So with this I started to troubleshoot on what I could do and reinstall was the first and send commands to refresh the dns but I found to what seems to be a startup incomplete file in the Firefox software and it seems to create itself even when deleted. It could be this which is causing problems but all I know for certain that when I click on Firefox it won't open at all or startup. With the only evidence that it responded from task manager or a popup talking about wanting to refresh Firefox for 0.1 milliseconds

For no apparent reason, all Firefox 140.0.4 on Windows 10 crashed and when it was relaunched it did not restore any open tabs, reverting instead to the home page. All history is gone, no previously open tabs are windows appear in the history list. This computer has syncing enabled.

I used about: profiles on the Win 10 machine and it only shows the one that is currently in use. I copied the 2 files found in the along with places.sqlite into a temp directory. I did a search for index.dat and it is not found on the Win 10 computer.

Even worse: another computer running Win 11 that is syncing with the Win 10 machine is also now missing its history. Is there a way to recover from this?

Note: I am generating this from the Win 11 machine, not the problematic Win 10 machine.

Several web sites say that they detect this ad block on my pc , but I can not find it through my pc sites. It seems to be kind of a worm that can not be disabled. I am using Firefox.

To view my Firefox browsing history, I click the three horizontal lines icon (in the top right corner of the window) to open the Menu panel. I then click History then click Manage History.

How can I make the font larger?

(Ctrl++ does not increase the zoom-level) (Zoom does not increase the zoom-level)

I am having an odd issue where I see flickering bands of cyan/purple blocks whenever I scroll on a page with some video embeds. At first I thought it was related to refresh rates (240hz) as some pages flickers but it occurs at 60hz as well.

2560 X 1600 Resolution with 125% windows scaling

Steps to reproduce: 1) have settings above 2) navigate to https://store.steampowered.com/ 3) view a storefront with a video embed 4) zoom to 180% 5) scroll up and down past the video

Specs: 64GB Ram AMD RYZEN AI 365 Geforce RTX 5080

I use scoop to install firefox. then i changed the default profile to the Scoop profile. Then i tried to log in the mozilla account but it keep saying that it cannot continue because cookies or localstore are disabled. Then i checked the about:support page like i said in the titile, many configs are blank. Maybe some problems with the profile i guess. I also opened a issue in Scoop githup repo, they cant reproduce my problem. Where could go wrong? Any help would be appreciate!
