Hello i need your help, I am having problems with Firefox, it freezes while using on screen keyboard on TV and has the same behavior with desktop monitor as well. I do not have the same issue on any other application except Firefox. My setup: 4K TV & 3440x1440 Monitor & 9950X3D & 9070XT & W11

After upgrading my 128 esr to 140 esr, some sites stopped opening. In regular versions, it has not opened for a long time. There are many such sites, for example, qwen3.app or temp-mail.io. It thinks for a long time and finally a message that the time has expired. Chromium is ok.

Hi, I have a problem of the upto date version of firefox (X64) constantly crashing on Windows 11, 64 bit some time it only stays up & running for just a matter of minutes before closing without warning I can't work out what is causing it, I don't know if it saves a loading log file, updated several times but no noticeable change, still doing it at random.

Sync works fine between my Android phone and my devices, in that I can see open tabs on the phone from both devices. But what does not work is sync between the laptop and desktop. They are both listed as connected devices along with the phone, both are signed in, both synch with the phone but neither will sync with the other, so I can't see the open tabs on either device. Is this an issue or is it by design? Thank you.

I don't have the opportunity to use my business account. I am rapidly re-directed to multiple URLS and finally end up on a page prompted to use my consumer account's key ( which doesn't exist).

I was able to do these same steps using two other browsers.

Sadly, at this point Fire Fox, which is my default and preferred browser, is no longer usable for me as this is normal all day usage for me to access these sites.

I have cleared my cache and tried multiple times to figure out this behavior but sadly no luck.

This is, btw, the very first time, in over a decade that I have had to ask for support, and it kind of sucks that there isn't a way to open a ticket and get support other than from the community :(

Recently a team member left our organisation. He used to run a job to save the plugins in Mozilla marketplace. Now we have the Key and security but we dont have the email ID which was used for the same. At this point in time, we are unable to proceed further with our business activity. A few weeks ago I started having the following problem: I login to my eBay.com.au, I search for anything, If I than need to ask the seller a question, it goes through the motion but when the the last button for the seller pops up, it does so for a split second and that it disappear. I have missed several times, but if I am alert I can just see it before it is no more. When I am desperate to get an answer, I am forced to open Edge, and here it works as it should. Can I assume that the problem is with Firefox? Your help would be much appreciated. Regards Ilio Pieroni

Please help, a very tricky problem: Work Scenario: I need to use the company-provided VPN software to access the internal network. Its principle involves redirecting requests to a virtual network interface before sending them out. On Ubuntu 24.04, both Firefox 140 and older versions can access both internal and external networks normally.

Issue After Upgrading Firefox: After upgrading to Firefox 141, all connections (internal and external) fail when the VPN is active.

Key Symptom Observed: In the Firefox networking debug page (about:networking#dns), the DNS suffix should display as localdomain, but after upgrading to Firefox 141, it appears empty.

Today when I powered on my pc and opened up firefox all tabs were lost.

I have the option to retain tabs when opened up enabled.

I could not find them anywhere, so I had to search opened tabs from the other synced devices and click on each of them, and create again all the tab groups.

This is a big problem if randomly all the tabs can get lost, am I doing something wrong?

Another thing : I thought that when I create groups of tabs, and save them I coul retrieve them across all my synced devices, but the other devices can not see those groups, is this a normal behaviour?
