When I open my own webpages in Firefox, they don't load the correct breakpoint for a mobile device. When I try chrome or Firefox on a fresh device, everything works. Are there some settings, that may break the site like this? Thanks for support.

hello. i just tried Thunderbird for Android and I love it except for one thing. when I compose a new email, often times, I need to insert an image. MS Outlook, allows us to do that on the fly but it appears that TB does not have this feature yet. will it be adding down the line?

In the last week, music-video music will stop playing in the background after about 4 minutes. For at least a year now, in Private Mode, I have been able to play music videos with the phone display off. I was able to hear the full songs. When the music video ended, there was a delay, then another related video would play, and I would listen to that music also. This all happened in the background with my display off, on my Android Galaxy Note 20 Ultra phone. (Google Play Store identifies my device as "Samsung SM-G950U) If I didn't want to hear the next song play, I would turn on the phone display with the power button and either tap "cancel" or "replay" the song that just ended. I find these music videos on the Firefox browser app. I use Private Mode to reduce future related ads. Almost all of the music is from "https://m.youtube.com/watch?" using the Firefox browser app.

I can't exit from Thunderbird 11.0 for Android with a swipe back gesture anymore. Realme GT Neo2, Android 13. On another Realme 7 Pro Android 12 it works five. How to fix?

The three dots dropdown menu with eg "New tab" has disappeared. When I click on the three dots, a page I've never seen before opens halfway down the existing page.

both k9-mail and Thunderbirds no longer check mails at scheduled time ( i.e. every 30 minutes ) on my Galaxy S24+ 512gb Android phone. Its something happened in one of the lasr One UI or App updates but I don't know when. Thunderbird is a scratch new installation, with parameters imported from previous k9-mail installation. I tried to set/reset some synch parameters but without success. All Apps have/had full notification permissions. Please help

I have been a user of Firefox Android for years, During all this time, I defaulted my Tabs View to the Private Tabs View for higher security. I would only move to a Standard non-Private Tabs View on rare occasions.

Now, suddenly in the past several days, when I select my browser, it no longer defaults to the Private View. Rather, it goes directly to the standard Tabs View and I must select the Private Tabs View manually. This occurs every time I exit my browser and return. Has there been a change recently applied that no longer allows me a Private Tabs View upon selecting my browser? If so, I do not approve. Just say'n Development team - not good! It's a step backwards in the product's design as it applies to user intuitiveness and security. Once set, I liked having my preference for Private Tabs saved without me intervening to manually select the option in every instance.

Everytime I try to save an Image or video file, Firefox on Android just says download failed without explaining how or why.

I've tried clearing the cache. I've tried clearing download and search history. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

I don't know what else to do.

Hi there! So I have recently made the switch to Firefox for Android for all things YouTube, mostly because of all the ad blocker and sponsor skip extensions that are available on Firefox. However, I've noticed that on some of the regional videos, Firefox for Android does not offer the users to switch to the original audio track but are instead forced to listen to a weird AI voice. Now, on the desktop version of Firefox, users are still able to switch to the track of their choice despite auto dubbing being there but I don't see that same feature on Android. Will the developers be rolling out an update soon?

Before the update, if you turned on private browsing mode on your mobile, it would always be in private browsing mode. But now, if you turn off Firefox, private browsing mode will be turned off. Always private browsing mode was a big advantage of Firefox. I suggest you roll back the update or make it always private.

In Firefox android, sometimes when I press the address bar, instead of coloring and deleting the whole address, so I can type new address, it goes into some editing mode, where when I start typing, it starts continuing the address already there. What is this extremely annoying feature? I share a screenshot where an address is colored. The grey "normal" part, and the purple part where the cursor is when I start typing.

Recently the Pixel 7a Android TB mail read unread contrast has become indistinguishable. I have tried multiple troubleshooting tips, including uninstalling and reinstalling. It was fine before, i could easily tell an email was read or unread in the folder view, now I can't. Help!

On occasion, I have sites using "disable ad blocker". Mostly, I do not continue, but on some occasions I want, or need to continue and am willing to disable the "ad blocker", but there is no seeming ability to identify the ad blocker. I go to extensions, and see only recommendations. You probably know this, but in case, I am using an android phone. . Bottom line is I can't see a site that I wish to view. Thank you

Ever since I had to reset my phone's settings to troubleshoot another app, Firefox keeps dumping all of the thumbnails for my tabs seemingly every day now, even if I keep it open and give it unrestricted battery access.

This did not used to happen and is exceedingly frustrating.

I am a Samsung Galsfy s22. See attached image for my software details

As a note, I know this may sound hostile, but 'keep less tabs open' is not a welcome or helpful answer. When I tried to search this, that was the only 'answer' I saw given to some other user who had this issue years ago. As I said, this only happened after my settings got messed up, so I know something is off, as it used to work fine

Specifically, this is the 'advice' that screwed it up for me.

Reset App Preferences:** Go to your device's settings, then Apps, and reset app preferences to ensure no default settings are impacting Discord."

And it's now getting worse and more bizarre. Just last night I reloaded some tabs, went to do the same to others, and then found those first ones were unloaded again. But comparatively older tabs stayed open. I don't even see a pattern of the type of site that it blanks more quickly, it's bizarre.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
