Firefox won't restore all my windows in session restore.
I pulled the plug for my PC by mistake when I was sorting something out and I had firefox running with 3 windows opened. I switched it back on and restarted firefox. The session restore tab appeared this all my windows listed and checked, but when I hit restore only 1 was restored.
This has happened to me before on firefox 3.6, all I did was exit and start firefox again and the other windows showed up. But that didn't work on firefox 14.
I've managed to restore the sessionstore.js file to a previous version. When I restarted firefox 5 windows were listed in session restore but I could only view the tabs on 2 of them (why?). Clicked on restore and only those 2 windows appeared.
Is there any way I can recover the other 3?

There are some ways described in this MozillaZine forums thread to check the sessionstore.js and extract URLs.
I tried some of the bookmarklets. The codes that open up a new tab with the links only shows the tabs and windows I've closed and some of the tabs that were open on the 2 windows that can be restored through restore session. I can't see the links that were open in the other 3 windows.
If none of the other links show up with the bookmarklets and you also do not see them if you open the sessionstore.js in a text editor then those windows weren't saved.
The default maximum for recently closed windows is 3.
