After Firefox updated to 157.0.1 OS I no longer see where I can reload a webpage. The former icon to refresh or reload a page is no longer there.

How do I refresh or reload the page now?

Follow Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars to put any action in any place you'd like to see it. (There's a section at the end of the article specifically mentioning the Reload button.)

If you don't necessarily need the button, key combo Command + R (as in Reload) will also do.
