
Issue using Thunderbird with Office365

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to request your support in resolving the following issue:
I need to use Thunderbird with my Office365 account, but I have encountered a problem. Thunderbird only allows me to receive emails; however, I am unable to send any. I have already configured both the incoming and outgoing servers and ports, but the issue persists.
