
Migrating from ESR to Release version - lost the Inbox mails :-(
Dear all, I have just found out that after migrating to the Release version from the ESR version all the emails in the smtp Inbox folder have disappeared. And obviously I had not done the backup :-( While all the other folders are ok just this one (which contained the last 3 years' emails) got affected. Is there a way to recover the original inbox?

It will help to know more. Is this a POP account? what may have occurred is the creation of a new profile. That is, your messages may be in the older profile. try this: - click help>troubleshootinginformation - scroll down to 'profiles' and click 'about:profiles' - if your prior profile is shown, see if you can launch it
