
configuing email after BT blocked it
BT blocked my account - suspicious activity. As requested I changed my password on my pc, iPad and iPhone. I can receive mails but cannot send any. when I tried a again via the Thnderbird account hub I got the message;
Authentication error. Show less
Unable to log in at server. Probably wrong configuration, username or password.
Please help to resolve this issue. BT's solution, copied (they said) from your site has not worked. Thanks desperately... Clive
