I have one particularly irritating vendor who sends me at least two emails per day. The unsubscribe button on his site doesn't work. When his emails come in the option to label them as junk appears to have been disabled. That button in the menu bar has been grayed out. And the options for marking a message as junk, such as control>mark>junk, don't work either. Any other suggestions?

I suggest creating a filter to delete those messages.
