since Thunderbird did automatic update 140, messages only show time of reception, all the rest is blank

there is a reply from someone with same problem saying run "repair" but I do not find this option

I was referring to Inbox the problem has mysteriously resolved itself so I just have a couple of days of not readable messages if I click on a blank line in the Inbox then I say html code but as it has gone away - lets not worry
