Why am I getting this message from Apple? Apple tells me it's a problem with my server supplier. . . . . Dear esteemed User,
grant@grantmaclaren.com removal from grantmaclaren.com server has been approved and initiated.
PLEASE correct this for me. Thank you.

Why post here about issues Apple says you are having with Bluehost. I suggest you talk to them.
While you are talking you might want to address these other identified issues with your website that I found while identifying your host, or at least their name servers.

I would not be surprised if this is all a SPAM email you are receiving. AS I assume the domain owner you get to add and remove email addresses from the hosted platform. Unless you have someone you hired to manage the domain for you. A BlueHost reseller perhaps. If that is the case you need to be talking to them not bluehost.
