
Thunderbird Scam Detection - Explaining the cause
I receive email from a couple of legitimate sources and they always come up as potential scams. I'd like to know precisely why they've been flagged so I can let the sender know they've got an issue with their email.

I don't know how we would know that. Are the messages being marked as spam at the server or within thunderbird?
