Navigation Bar disappearing

The Navigation Bar (the one that has the triangle, circle and square icons on it) won't stay on the screen. Every time I need to access it I have to drag up from the bottom of the screen.

In the past the Navigation Bar has always been visible except for when in read only mode or when viewing videos in full screen mode. I have the Firefox Gestures settings disabled.

I am not experiencing this problem with other browser apps such as Opera, DuckGo and Adblock Plus browsers for Android.
