Removing mails I have opened from just belove menuline. It takes an awfull lot of time to remove them.

Every time I open an e-mail, the content of its "Emne" field is written just belowe the menuline. I have tried to find a way to avoid it, but can't. Can you help me? And thanks for a brillant e-mailsystem. Ps I run the danish version, and I do not know the english word for "Emne", but "What this e-mail is about" should cover it.

Just guessing...

When you double click an email it opens in a tab. If you do not close this tab when finished reading the message you end up with lots of open tabs. Close the tab when finished reading the message or press F8 to toggle on the Message Pane and read messages there.

You can right click a tab and select Close other Tabs to close all but the current tab if you have several open tabs.

Emne translates to Subject.
