I already have an email from a company on thurnderbird not my personal account. I want to create one for my own company. How can I do that?

If you haven't already done so you first need to set up an account for your company with an email provider. Thunderbird does not provide an email service itself, it's just software that runs on your computer and lets you manage your emails with whatever accounts you have set up with email providers. If you don't know which provider to choose, Thunderbird has a couple of suggestions here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/new-email-address If the account is for business purposes, rather than personal use, then I encourage you particularly to consider your likely needs. Assuming your company flourishes, how many emails are you likely to be sending and receiving in, say, five years' time? Will you want to manage the emails from several devices or just from one PC? Learn about the difference between POP and IMAP, and think about likely costs; also think about facilities and add-ons, like automatic backup, mass mailing, file storage etc. Email accounts vary greatly in what they offer!

Enter your name, full email address and password. Password will be the same one you use to access your webmail account. clickon 'continue'

Thunderbird will try to look up configuration settings. You may need to manually adjust. click on 'Manual config' button Make sure you have selected correct type: POP or IMAP Use the server settings as advised by either ISP or if this is a hosted website, then follow their instruction on server settings. User Name = full email address. Click on 'Done' when completed to crete a new mail account.

The info in my previous post assumes you already have an email address for your company.
