Thank You cor-el ! In about:config, dom.max_chrome_script_run_time i set 1000 and now no scripts warnings then i restore bookmarks from JSON file

Restore the JSON backup files. Import is for HTML files.
HTML bookmarks have no tags. Or what you mean?
If you want Tags - JSON backup file, use Restore - not Import.

What is the file size of the JSON file that you try to restore and how many bookmarks are in the file (xxxx in bookmarks-####-##-##_xxxx.json)?
Json file 5 Mb, 12000 bookmarks
Restoring a JSON backup with 12000 bookmarks can be quite a challenge.
Maybe try this is a second profile and disable the timeout to see if it finishes.
If it works then you can copy the places.sqlite file to the current profile folder.

You're welcome.
Be cautious with leaving that setting at that high value as it can block Firefox 1000 seconds (i.e. over 15 minutes), so only change it when you really need it.
