Message doesn't load when I choose to "forward" a message

When I choose to forward a message, it opens but the message will not load... says my provider found the message, but Firefox not downloading it in order to forward.

I can't find a solution!! Thanks.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window.
