However the UserAgent you used to post this thread is blank so I do not know what OS or Firefox version you likely referring to.

If you are using Windows 7, 8, 8.1 or macOS 10.12, 10.13, 10.14then the latest you can run is Firefox 115 ESR as Firefox 116.0 to current requires Windows 10, 11 or macOS 10.15 or later to run.
