Went to do something on a website, saw that I had been logged out, went to log in and it didn't auto-fill. Went to check the password but seemingly it isn't saved anymore.

The problem lies in the fact that I signed up with an email mask, used a random password and I can't get a recovery email sent to it. So am I perma locked out forever?

I'm just confused on how the saved password can disappear? Any help?

I read magazines using PressReader on Firefox but during this the window keeps getting refreshed. When this happens I end up back at the beginning of the magazine instead of on the page I'm reading. It's becoming almost impossible to read the entire magazine.

What I can't work out is what is doing this? Is there a Firefox setting that I need to change?

There seems to be no settings in PressReader.

I'm running Firefox on Win 11 Pro if that is relevant.

As of recently, I have problems with Firefox that do not happen in other browsers. But Firefox is my favorite, and I'd like to have this solved so I can keep using it.

In Zendesk, there is an option "Print ticket" which should open Print dialog and we then can print whole email to PDF. This worked for years, but as of recently that dialog simply does not show. I tried change Firefox settings for printing, but problem remains. Attached is a screenshot how it looks in chrome, and how it used to work in firefox.

As from yesterday, April 17, Firefox will not load correctly https://m365.cloud.microsoft page. It loads, but no element reacts when clicked. I cleared cache, cookies, removed extensions, refreshed firefox, but to no avail.

I'm using Firefox (149.0.2 snap) with LUbuntu 24.04.4 LTS. Because of a wrong graphic driver, I had to turn off hardware acceleration in FF.

When FF is started the Initial "Firefox - Choose User Profile" is unreadable (see attached : wrong_screen.jpg), but if I continue (click somewhere in the window) , all the opened tabs are readable.

Once in FF, if I want to select another profile from the application menu -> .. -> manage profiles, then the "Choose User Profile" window is fine (see attached : good_screen.jpg).

I tried to start FF with the "-P" option to specify wanted profile but it continues to start with the unreadable "Choose User Profile" window.

Could someone give me a solution, except finding the good hardware driver for my computer?

On the new tab page I have set for 4 rows of shortcuts. In the fourth row I have 3 open spaces for tiles/shortcuts. There is no way to add the tiles whereas there was previously a tile that would show that said "+add shortcut". Given I have room in the row to add 3 shortcuts, how do I add tiles to allow for added shortcuts?

When I try to sign in from Firefox I get the message "Unexpected error". I can sign into my account online but only using Google to sign in. If I try to sign in to Mozilla directly, I get the same message.

The Cache is never cleared after clearing, there are always about 9,3 MB left. According to my settings there should be 0 MB left. (When I check the Task Manager, Firefox ist always opened up to 10 times.) How can I make sure the Cache is completely cleared? I added Screenshots of both. Thnx for helping...

I need help with annoying pop-ups. I followed instructing. It only say allow, not block, when I go to settings, security & privacy, checked block pop-ups and third party redirects.

A couple of days ago I noticed that Firefox had started using "Profiles". I do not want a profile. When I wanted to open firefox a window popped up asking me to pick a profile. I deleted my account. Now Firefox will not let me use it because I don't have a "Profile". If I cannot use firefox without a profile, which I never had to do for umpteen years, then I well switch to Chrome.

My hotspot is constantly disconnected by Firefox. I have the latest browser. And if this cant be sorted Ill have to go back to google. Its a nighmare. Firefox keeps giving me a wired connection

My Macbook wasn't responding, so I restarted it and force quit all applications. When I opened Firefox again, none of my bookmarks showed on my bookmarks bar. The bar itself is not hidden. I checked to make sure I have the same profile I always use open and I do. I also tried to go into Bookmarks, Manage Bookmarks, Import, but nothing is available to import.
