Hello,

One of my email accounts will be deleted soon because I won't be a student anymore and I would like to download all my emails and attachments in one go. Is that possible? Specially I would like to download only the emails from this account but not from my other email accounts which I have also linked to Thunderbird.

Move or copy all the messages you want to keep into the Local Folders account in Thunderbird.
