peter.lerche@mail.dk My internet service provider, YouSee, removed my access to Thunderbird for a couple of days - then restored it. However with the result that my laptop can receive and send emails, my PC can receive but not send, and my phone can neither receive nor send.

YouSee claims that everything looks OK from their side, and that any correction is up to Thunderbird.

Can you possibly help me?

No one can assist without knowing the complete error message you are seeing and also having a screenshot of your SMTP server settings pane. Provide those, and someone may have suggestions. thank you.

Thanks for you reply. I'm enclosing images. The error message says: The mail could not be sent because ther time for the connection to the SMYP-server ran out.
