I had that same prompt every time I opened Firefox, and it turned out to be the Primary Password setting. I went into Settings, then Privacy and Security, and under Passwords I unchecked Use a Primary Password, and it asked me to enter the current one to confirm. After that Firefox opened straight up without asking again.
