bog difficulty. had mozilla for years. downloaded up date for it yesteday, security etc. Now filters ie mother andchild , names etc can't do it.Revert?pl. How?
How can I get back to where i was before yesterday download? There will be other more important blocks, these above are all I've seen so far.
I really am not expert, won't understand technical language at all.
HELP!

Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? Error messages?
What's your computer system and Firefox version?
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

If you still want to downgrade, look under; I still want to downgrade. Click the Directory of other versions and languages link. Look for the directory of the version that you want. But, remember that old versions may have security issues.
