I've been using Firefox for years. The other day I tried to open and got a message that it could not be opened and to download again. Did that and all my files are gone. All my documents, scans etc. Saw a message during download that all that info is in a previous installation but there were no instructions on how to access them or reclaim. I am desperate. Please help.
