Back on May 12, 2026 I received an email message saying that my credit card failed to pay for my apple icloud storage. I just saw this message and I want to set up another method of payment to apple for my icloud storage, but I don't know how to accomplish this. Please tell me what I should do.

Had two Mozilla VPN subscriptions and paid for two with Visa c.c. 6/5/2026 credited to pete.loya at gmail 6/6/2026 should have been credited to linda.loya at outlook both charges were $59.88

After updating my primary email address, I noticed that I wasn’t receiving the newsletter I’m subscribed to. When I checked my subscription settings, I saw that the email address on file for the newsletter was still the old one, and I couldn’t change it. I’d like to update the newsletter’s email address to my current primary email address. How can I do this? (The screenshot shows my current primary email address and the email address on file for the newsletter—they don’t match, and I can’t change the one on file.)

So I guess I'm locked out now it seems, which is weird IMO as it's a very simple add on that collapses Facebook post of users I don't follow. I'm the only user as I did not make it public.

Also "This add-on has been blocked due to a violation of Mozilla's Policies by the add-on or its developer.." eh..? Does FF enforce Facebook policies now? ;-)

My issue is that I cannot appeal as I'm locked out of the URL too.

Any suggestions?

The Vertical tab AI, where you can connect your AI, is stuck on my work email. Everytime I click to go to my premium personal account it opens a new tab to use the full view option, but i dont want that. I want to use the vertical tab version. The vertical tab version does not switch accounts.

I KEEP CHOSING "ORGINAL ACCOUNT". IT KEEPS PROMPTING ME TO ""SIGN IN"". BUT IT DOESN'T GIVE ME ANY PLACE TO SIGN IN AT. THE BROWSER IS DEAD. I'VE BEEN WORKING ON THE PROBLEM FOR HOURS. i don't recall starting it and no longer wish to support you folks since you started down the microsoft road. previously, you had a great product that was easy and intuitive to use. now, seems like users need to have a degree in computer technology or be a grand master geek. i just want the d*** app to run w/o constantly needing to fix all the foul-ups and settings that your latest updates have caused! w

I am unable to use my download with my OS system. I would like a refund for the purchase I made an hour ago. I have seen the links to "how to request a refund" that you have provided for other users and i have followed those instructions and have been taken in circles on the website which just lead me back to this forum. I would like substantial instructions on how to get the refund.
