I have one account but more than 3 person using therefore how we Insert signature sepratlysep

In Our organization Email Id Distributed as location wise , and in one location we are more than 2 or 3 person using same account , If named A person configure setting as per your Signature article then B & C need to type signature manually ,

The Signature Switch Add-on will let you change signatures easily - you just have to remember to do it.

You can install it by going to Tools > Add-ons, and search for Signature Switch, and click the Install button when it comes up.
