connect to computer using usb cable, not recognized by computer

Hi,

on ZTE open, I already checked the "usb mode" in the settings, but computer can't see my storage when connected by usb cable, so I can't transfer any file over.

Pulling out microSD on the device is quite inconvenient, any idea?
