При открытии Mozilla Firefox, открывается начальная страница, где логотип, поиск гугл, загрузки, закладки, журнал... Хотелось бы узнать, а можно ли сделать "Новые вкладки" такой-же страницей?

You can set the browser.newtab.url pref to the desired URL if you want to open a specific page when clicking the new tab button.
It your case that would be the about:home page.
You can open about:config via the location bar.
