Updated to 15.0 and will not even start.

So Firefox updated me last night to 15.0 so it loaded and wanted to restart the browser. So I let it do it's thing and attempted to reopen it and it acted like it wanted to open, but did not. A window didnt even pop up. I restarted my laptop several times and that did not do the trick. I even tried downgrading and still nothing.

Is it a problem on my computer or is it a problem with Firefox?

Try this:

  1. Uninstall Firefox from your control panel. Make sure you don't delete your personal data.
  2. go to C, Program files (it may be called program files(x86)), delete the Mozilla Firefox folder
  3. open Internet Explorer, and go to www.getfirefox.com. Reinstall Firefox.
