I have version 9.0.1. I haven't been able to update at all. I'd like to avoid un/reinstalling.

Hi,

Sometimes the update servers could be overloaded, so Firefox may be able to update itself after some time: Help (Alt + H) > About Firefox.

You can also try to upgrade the existing installation by downloading the latest version: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/
