do not want to skip the option of "save" or "open" before downloading

I mistakenly clicked a box last time when I downloaded something such that now when I want to download sth, it directly shows the dialog of "which folder want to download to", but I want to choose "to save or open" before saving it somewhere in the folders. How to set it..thanks.

Change the action to "Always ask" in Tools > Options > Applications
