"organize bookmarks" no longer appears under the Bookmarks menu. Where is it?

"Organize Bookmarks" has been a menu item under Bookmarks. As of today, its no longer there. How do I find it or get it back for routine use??

"Organize Bookmarks" has been renamed to "Show All Bookmarks" in the bookmarks menu.
