How do I open a reading pane when using Outlook, similar to that in IE?

When using Outlook in IE I am able to open a reading pane (without opening the message) that shows a portion of the e-mail. I can't seem to duplicate this feature in Firefox.

Are you talking about Outlook Web Access / App or the Outlook email program installed on your PC?

OWA doesn't offer the same features for other browsers that it has for Internet Explorer.
