a serious issue with the resume-download functionality.

In my case, the file being downloaded was named `涩图-20261007T180450Z-1-001.zip`. The network connection was interrupted during the download but re-established, causing the download to resume; however, this actually resulted in the two files shown in the image.

however, this resulted in the two files shown in the image, neither of which can be opened properly.
Use the `cat` command to concatenate two files; the resulting merged.zip can be opened normally.
