One thing I'd try is starting Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode. If the problem goes away there, it's usually an extension or custom setting causing it. If it still happens, posting any error messages from the Browser Console or the exact steps to reproduce it would make it much easier for others to help.

There's no Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox for iOS :/

Also there are no Firefox extensions for Firefox on iOS/iPadOS due to being based on webkit and not Gecko as desktop Firefox and Firefox for Android are.
