There is the standalone subscription based Mozilla VPN https://www.mozilla.org/products/vpn/ available for Android 9.0 and up https://www.mozilla.org/products/vpn/download/

However the built-in VPN https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/built-in-vpn is currently only in desktop Firefox for Windows, macOS, Linux.

A built-in VPN is said to be coming on Firefox for Android though it is not in Firefox 152.0 https://www.firefox.com/en-US/firefox/android/152.0/releasenotes/
