It appears you are using the old EOL Windows 7?

If so then the most current Firefox you can use is Firefox 115 ESR currently at Fx 115.28.0esr and will be updated till Fx 115.33.0esr in February 2026 unless Mozilla extends updates a fifth time.

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-users-windows-7-8-and-81-moving-extended-support

You can download Firefox 115.28.0esr at https://www.firefox.com/download/all/desktop-esr/ as you pick 64-bit or 32-bit Windows, the language then make sure you click on the "Download ESR 115" and not the Download Now as yiu will get Fx 140 ESR which will not run on Windows 7.

Just a note, This thread will Not be locked as it will be kept unlocked.

Its somewhat clear on what the issue is. The OP appears to be using a older version of Firefox (81.0) on the EOL Windows 7 and would like to know the latest version they can update to on Win7 in order to use Youtube.
