Hi

Do you see your name or email address in the Firefox for Android menu? If so, select this to access the Firefox Sync settings.

Thank you for your help. I found my email address, clicked on it and was able to scan the code. I'm not sure how to tell if it synced. oh, I just saw a note on the QR code box on my computer. "Pairing unsuccessful. Try again." I'll give it another shot tomorrow.

With the help of the computer's manufacturer, I had to do a factory reset. I'm still trying to recover from the trauma. 🙂 Thanks again!
