Import browser data

I just downloaded Firefox and came to the page for importing data to Firefox, where it says " Import browser data" followed by a box containing "Microsoft Edge" in the next line, then

Select the data you’d like to import. Favorites Saved passwords Browsing history Form autofill data

then the prompt to Import

Is this a trick for Edge to import the data rather than Firefox or as it should be for Firefox to Import the data including that in Edge? As you might have guessed - I don't trust Edge or Microsoft one little bit.

Hi,

That's Firefox suggesting to get your data from Edge (in case you are switching from Edge to Firefox). For reference, see Import Bookmarks and other data from Microsoft Edge.
