emails - "old" mail in my inbox

When I open any email in my inbox, other than those I am receiving today, there is no content. The email "opens" but there is no content. Only a blank page is displayed. This is a problem only with the inbox. All my previous "sent" messages are intact.

None of this helps me. I am too much of a novice to even understand the responses. Is there a Mozilla Tech Support and how do I contact them?
