My broadband provider TalkTalk has just started billing me for paper copies of my bills as they say they are unable to access my Email account. All other Emails including Utilities and personal Emails are coming through as normal. Why/how is TalkTalk blocked?

Thanks for your reply. I have contacted TalkTalk . They seem to have been using an incorrect email address.They have now resolved the problem and given me a refund of charges.

I suggest you ask them what they mean by being unable to access your account. Are they getting error messages? Thunderbird is not involved because they're never reaching the account.
