emails from address book always going to bulk/junk mail?!

How can I get known emails to stop going to my bulk mail? I've clicked numerous times that it's not junk and dragged them into inbox, but they continue to go to bulk mail. The sender address is even entered in my contacts. The email address is [edited email from public] @pistonringservice.com that I want going to inbox, not junk. Can you help? 'Bulk Mail' is a term used by mail providers like AOL/Yahoo, not TB, which uses 'Junk'. Try accessing the account in webmail and whitelisting the sender, possibly by adding them to webmail contacts.
