Starting yesterday, Dec 25, the firefox android app will not load the desktop version of my outlook email properly. The message area is just blank. The mobile page still loads properly. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi

Please update to the latest version from the Google Play store. That should resolve this issue.

Thank you, but that did not work. I have since completely uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and am still having the same problem. Any further suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you!

This might seem silly but can you try clearing the cache for the Firefox app? Not the Data as that contains all your Firefox settings, passwords, etc.

With Firefox open, tap on the menu icon at the bottom of the screen. Tap on Settings then scroll to the Privacy Section & look for Data Management then tap on it. Choose Cache, Cookies then tap Clear Private Data the bottom. Then tap on Website Data at the top of the screen & tap the Red button with a minus sign for any sites that mention Outlook. It should erase the data for that site. Don't tap Clear All Website Data. Only clear data for sites you're sure of here.

If that doesn't work, I wonder if Outlook broke the desktop layout for Firefox on mobile phones with some update they made. Can you post a screenshot of what their site looks like in Firefox Android via Desktop mode? Very curious to see how bad it looks. Thanks in advance!
